Dr. Anjali Dhananjay Kadam is Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering and the Controller of Examinations at Priyadarshini Bhagwati College of Engineering, Nagpur. She brings with her 26 years of teaching experience and a distinguished record of academic and administrative leadership.

She has published and presented 31 research papers in reputed journals and conferences, authored a book titled “Basics of Mechanical Engineering”, and holds one patent and 11 registered copyrights.

Dr. Kadam’s contributions to higher education have been recognized with several prestigious honors, including the National Women Excellence Award, International Educator Award (I2OR, 2020–21), Bharat Jyoti Pratibha Sanman Excellence Award, and the Research Excellence Award.

As a recognized Ph.D. guide at RTM Nagpur University, she has been actively mentoring research scholars, with interests spanning Industrial Robotics, Ergonomics, and Sustainable Development. She has also convened and organized multiple national and international conferences, including international events in collaboration with NAAC and academic forums abroad.

In her career, she has also shouldered several pivotal responsibilities such as NAAC Coordinator (under whose leadership the college achieved Grade A Accreditation), IQAC Coordinator, and Higher Engineering Academic Coordinator.

Her professional memberships include ISTE, Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering, Institute of Engineers (Nagpur Chapter), and Institute of Scholars. She continues to engage in impactful research, academic quality initiatives, and societal contributions, with a focus on advancing examination systems, higher education excellence, and interdisciplinary innovation.

Mr. Ashish P. Mohod
Deputy Controller of Examinations

Mr. Ashish P. Mohod is serving as the Deputy Controller of Examinations at Priyadarshini Bhagwati College of Engineering. With over 17 years of experience in academics and administration, he has contributed to teaching and examination management with dedication and sincerity.

His academic expertise includes Java Programming, Python, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning, and he has guided students in exploring these emerging areas. He has published more than 25 research papers in reputed journals and conferences, holds 2 patents, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering.

Alongside his teaching and research, he is actively engaged in examination planning, ERP-based processes, evaluation, and result management, ensuring smooth and transparent conduct of academic activities. He continues to support institutional development through his involvement in curriculum, quality assurance, and digital academic practices.
